Negotiation PROFESSIONAL is a challenging and interactive one-day workshop designed to provide a practical overview of the negotiation process. Delegates will explore the different types of negotiation and experiment with different styles, behaviours and tactics to ensure that they are fully equipped to get the best deal, every time.

Negotiation EXPERT

Negotiation EXPERT is a two-day programme designed to provide an advanced level of negotiation training.  In addition to the teachings from the Negotiation PROFESSIONAL course, delegates will learn the importance of effective influencing and how the 'science of decision making' can help them get to yes.

Influencing with Integrity

In this highly interactive and immersive workshop delegates will explore the skills they need to be able to effectively influence others, ensure maximum impact and increase their chances of getting to yes.

Using filming, role plays, case studies and ongoing feedback, the session is designed to empower delegates to understand their personal impact and how they can make changes in their communication style to boost their presence and ability to persuade others.

We will also explore the influencing laws to help delegates to understand the small changes that they can make to increase the chances of getting what they want.

Negotiation E-SSENTIALS

For companies that are geographically dispersed, require flexibility or have trouble scheduling delegates to all be in a training room at the same time we have developed an e-learning option called Negotiation E-SSENTIALS.

Our web based modular programme operates on a ‘pay-per- license’ basis. Delegates can either book onto livestreamed lectures and webinars or download pre-recorded sessions to fit with busy schedules or conflicting time zones. In addition, delegates receive training materials, workbooks and a thorough understanding of our DEALS™ method. Designed for training graduates or those new to negotiation this programme is the perfect foundation for ongoing negotiation expertise.

Negotiation BLASTS

Negotiation Masterclasses: We offer a range of bite-size interactive and engaging negotiation masterclasses. Covering a range of negotiation topics, these sessions can be used as part of team away-days, large-scale conferences and business development events.
