This International Women’s Day our CEO was delighted to be invited by Reckitt Benckiser to their global headquarters to deliver a keynote speech on the power of negotiation. To nearly 100 men and women from the company, Natalie delivered an interactive session looking at the importance of mastering negotiation for both personal and commercial success and challenged some of the persistent gender stereotypes that exist at the negotiation table.
As the theme for International Women’s Day 2017 is #BeBoldForChange, Natalie encouraged all the attendees to change the way they viewed negotiation and to be more bold in how they make their ‘ask’.
Natalie said after the session ‘It was such a privilege to join the staff of Reckitt Benckiser for their IWD celebrations and it was also superb to see so many men in the audience. I hope all those who came along can start to make changes in relation to both how they negotiate and also how they feel about doing it’
