This week our CEO Natalie spoke at a conference to a number of publishing industry executives about her new book ‘We Have A Deal’ which is due for publication in early 2016 by Icon Books. The book provides a fresh and new approach to negotiation, providing lightbulb moments on what not to do, five steps on how to get the best deal, every time and insight into the balance of power, how to deal with barriers when negotiating, the impact of culture, overcoming unconscious bias and the psychology of negotiation and what makes people say ‘yes’.
