The advantageSPRING team are delighted to announce that as of today, Tuesday the 8th of May, we are being officially joined by our newest recruit, globally recognised negotiation expert, innovator and coach, Tanya Tarr.
Tanya, who is based in Austin, Texas, will be taking up the role of Vice President for North America and will be leading the firm’s continued growth in the Americas region. The announcement comes in the middle of a highly successful and productive visit by Tanya to the advantageSPRING HQ in the UK, during which she has taken part in a series of development activities including speaking to great acclaim alongside Natalie Reynolds, CEO of advantageSPRING, at an event for Cass Business School.
Tanya’s negotiation expertise is derived from a career background that saw her working for seventeen years in in political and legislative campaigns across the United States at all levels of government. Previous to politics, Tanya worked with military families and for the defense industry, as well as tracking renewable energy policy for the State Assembly of New York. For the last two years Tanya has been a contributor on negotiation for Forbes magazine and has worked with senior executives from some of the world’s most high profile companies.

Tanya’s passion for negotiation and commitment to empowering individuals to feel more confident in making the ask at home or at work makes her a perfect fit for advantageSPRING and the whole team are excited to start working with her.’
