2018 kicked off with a bang for the advantageSPRING team with CEO Natalie Reynolds interviewed for an article in Forbes magazine. Natalie was asked questions in relation to the recent revelations of pay discrepancies at the BBC and spoke about the challenges of trust and transparency when looking at salary negotiations. Natalie also provided her advice in relation to confidence when negotiating and the importance of empowering staff to feel that they can make the ask. Entrepreneur Cindy Gallop and the Scottish MP Hannah Bardell were also interviewed for the piece which accompanied an earlier article in relation the new equalities legislation being implemented in Iceland.
