Staff members at the London School of Economics (LSE) received a negotiation masterclass today by Natalie Reynolds, CEO and Founder of advantageSPRING. Addressing the annual ‘LSE Power’ conference, Natalie delivered an interactive session that explored the common mistakes made by negotiators, challenged some of the gender stereotypes that exist about negotiation and shared key pieces of research from the last few decades. Natalie concluded the session by sharing her five step DEALS method, allowing all delegates to return to the workplace with a memorable and highly actionable series of steps to help them plan and effectively conduct any negotiation.
