Here at advantageSPRING we are still recovering from our jam packed speaking tour in NYC at the end of February! Over 5 days we delivered 8 seminars, engaged with over 450 men and women, attended 5 client meetings, took 19 cab rides and took part in one ‘stretch and flex’ session mid-seminar (thanks to Skanska for the experience!)
Our seminar ‘Is Negotiation a Man’s Game?’ was enthusiastically received in NYC and we were delighted at the comments and feedback we recieved after our sessions. As we say to our audiences, both men and women are as capable at negotiating as each other…but men and women are different…and experience different expectations, conditioning and stereotyping. Our seminar is designed to explore some of the common stereotypes of women as negotiators, challenge their validity and provide top tips to help (both men and women!) get the best deal, every time.
We would like to offer a huge thanks to our hosts and partners for the trip:
The Wall Street Women’s Alliance, BNY Mellon, Oliver Wyman, Thomson Reuters, Invesco, Mace, Freshfields, Condon Forsyth, Skanska and the SIIA.
All of our #justaskNYC tour delegates are entitled to a 15% discount on the cost of our in-house and open workshops…just use the code NYC2015 and the details of the seminar you attended.
Stay tuned for our US Open Workshop dates for later this year…
