Natalie Reynolds is the founder of advantageSPRING and a specialist in negotiation, commercial dispute resolution and influencing.
Natalie works with a wide and diverse range of global companies to develop powerful and effective internal negotiation capability through coaching, consulting and training. By designing and executing successful negotiation strategies Natalie generates substantial savings, increased revenue and notable efficiencies for her clients. Natalie’s training and consulting team work around the world improving commercial outcomes for a wide range of clients. Natalie has provided consulting support for complex business critical negotiations, particularly related to mergers, supplier rationalisation, regulatory and policy change, pricing and fees, employment relations and contractual disputes.
Prior to founding advantageSPRING Natalie spent three years in a senior role at a large commercial negotiation consultancy training individuals and teams on how to negotiate effectively. Before entering the negotiation arena Natalie qualified as a Barrister and worked in a number of strategic management and legal advisory roles in both central and local government. Natalie has also worked as a Commercial Director for a large national charity and a FTSE 100 company. Throughout her career, Natalie has had a particular interest in women’s rights and empowerment. In previous roles she managed the commissioning of domestic violence services, advised Government departments on support services for vulnerable women and led the commissioning of rape crisis centres across London for the Greater London Authority.
Natalie has a passionate interest on the role that unconscious bias in negotiation, specifically in relation to gender and has spoken around the world for networks such as the Wall Street Alliance, the Womens Foundation of Hong Kong and the London Women’s Forum as well as addressing companies such as the BBC, Verizon, Channel 4, DLA Piper, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Tesco. Natalie is also proud to be working with UN Women providing negotiation training and advisory services as well as providing regular pro-bono support to the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women.
As a thought leader and expert on the politics, process and psychology of negotiation, Natalie is in high demand on the International corporate speaking circuit. Her first book ‘We Have a Deal’, is published by Icon Books. Natalie regularly appears in the media offering expert comment on all aspects of deal making.
