We are committed to fully understanding the needs and negotiation experiences of each of our clients and ensure that each workshop we deliver meets and exceeds expectations. We do this by implementing a diagnostic and development phase with each client before programme roll-out. We get under the skin of their business and work to understand how to best meet the specific negotiation challenges faced. Bespoke cases and content is then developed to weave through the workshops to ensure maximum satisfaction and a truly tailored service.

Through a combination of genuine tailoring of our courses, a highly intuitive and accessible toolkit and high impact follow up activity we are able to support you in making sure your teams can benefit from their newly developed negotiation expertise long beyond the end of the workshop. We believe passionately that effective negotiation is much more than just learning a process. It is much about understanding people and becoming familiar with the psychology of why we do what we do.

On our negotiation skills workshops and consulting projects we ensure that attendees fully understand that the outcomes of negotiations are heavily influenced by the different ways that people behave, respond, react, interact and perceive each other. We explore the science of 'yes' and what influences our decision making, whilst also teaching people to take control of their emotions and effectively interpret the messages from the other side. We are proud to produce rounded negotiators who are as confident in managing the process as they are in managing the impact of people.
